Antonius Sugeng Priyanto, S.Ag., B.CM., M.Mus received his Master of Music in Composition from University of The Philippines in 2011 with full scholarship from Universitas Pelita Harapan. During this period, he wrote his major work, ‘Vision of The Night’ (for Orchestra, Double Choirs and Soloists, and Live-Electronics), an opera based on the Book of Job. This one-act opera was premiered by Metro Manila Concert Orchestra under the baton of maestro Chino Toledo. He obtained the Bachelor in Church Music in 2005 under full-scholarship from the SAMBA-LIKHAAN: The Asian School of Worship and the Arts in Quezon City, Philippines, where he majored in both Voice and Choral Conducting. During this undergraduate study he wrote many Choral Compositions; mostly premiered by the Philippine Children’s Chorus and Vox Angelorum Choir (Jakarta), as well as his works were performed in several International Choral Competitions. Mr. Priyanto completed his Bachelor in Science of Religion from The Institute of Pastoral of Indonesia (IPI – Malang) with full scholarship. In the year 2005-6 he joined Sekolah Pelita Harapan (“SPH”, Lippo Village), as PYP and MYP music teacher. In 2006 he co-founded the Lippo Karawaci Community Choir & Orchestra and took the role as choir director until 2009. He currently teaches at Universitas Pelita Harapan’s Conservatory of Music since 2006. He views his vocation as composer, conductor and music educator as participation in God’s creative works of redemption. His highest joy is to see how the Lordship of Christ is manifested along the way in all his scientific and artistic endeavors.

Mario Santoso is lecturer of piano at Universitas Pelita Harapan. A prizewinner in many competitions and awards, including Abilene Collegiate Orchestra Competition and Leonard Burford, Mario has appeared in concerts in the United States, Indonesia, and Malaysia. He has been presenting seminars and masterclasses in major cities in Indonesia, as well as judging national prestigious piano competition, including JCOM, Steinway, UPH, IPC, among others. Examples of critical acclaim for performances by Mario come from, among many others, Mrs. Iravati M. Sudiarso (“I truly enjoyed, in so many ways you have matured as a musician artist with great gifts of the Lord’s ways of communication, Angel’s voice, which is so rare: you have it all”), the Jakarta Post (“Mario made effective use of the keys and sustaining pedal to take the GKJ audience on journey to a land of dream. . . . Each individual tone flowed like a stream of consciousness and the crowd was carried along in its slipstream”), The Jakarta Post (“His versatile piano-playing enabled him to develop drama that sprang to life from a funeral hymn, chiming church bells and looming thunder”), Dr. Peter Amstutz (“Your performance tonight was one of the best recitals I have ever heard. Bravo to you and thanks for giving all who were receptive a chance to experience a better world, at least for a while. You are an artist”). During his student days, Mario earned his Doctor of Musical Arts degree from West Virginia University with Peter Amstutz; Master of Music degree from Indiana University with Arnaldo Cohen and Jean-Louis Haguenauer; and Bachelor of Music degree from Abilene Christian University with Gustavo Tolosa. Before embarking to the States, Mario studies with Susiana Aditjhan and Iravati M. Sudiarso at Yayasan Pendidikan Musik, and the late Soetarno Soetikno. Mario has also participated in many piano masterclasses, among many others, by Josef Anton Scherrer, Manfred Aust, Robert Lehrbaumer, Andre Watts, Nelita true, Susan Starr, Anton Nel, Roman Rudnistky, Aldo Mancinelli, Hans Jorg Koch, Reynaldo Reyes.

Dhany Yufisa received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance with scholarship from UPH Conservatory of Music, major in Percussions (2004). In 2006, continued his musical education at Musicians Institute / Percussions Institute of Technology in Hollywood - California. Holds a Master of Education Degree in Educational Technology from Universitas Pelita Harapan (2014). Began studying music seriously at LPM Farabi in 1999 with some of the Indonesian artists renowned musicians and music educators such as Eddy Syakroni and Taufan Goenarso.
During his time at Musicians Institute, he studied drums in particular under guidance of Stewart Jean (Bo Diddley, Musicians Institute), Fred Dinkins (The Emotion, L.A. session musician), and Andrew Megna (Lao Taizer, L.A. session musician). He also learned from several great drummers and music teachers  at  Musicians Intitute like Gary Hess (The author of The Encyclopedia of Reading Rhythms), Tim McIntyre (Musicians Institute), Donny Gruendler (Rhett Frazier Inc.), Jeff Bowders (Paul Gilbert), Rob Carson (winner of World Snare Drum Championship), and Gary Garbatini (Musicians Institute).
Founder and leader of several Pop / Rock / Alternative bands such as X'in Band (1995-1997), ARSNOVA (1997-1999), Undercover (1999), Lighthouse (1999), 180 (2000), Pakudewo (2001-2006) and Yufie (2010-2012). Experienced perform with his band in many music festival and band competition in Jakarta and surrounding areas. Got some of the achievements such as winner of APHO Band Festival Karawaci (1999), winner of Abba Band Festival (1999), Band Favorite and The Best Song achievement of Abba Band Festival (1999), winner of Wagega Music Contest (2001), Band Favourite achievement of Wagega Music Contest (2001). Music album compilation achievement of A Mild Live-Indonesia Music Festival II (2003).
As a professional musician / drummer, experienced to work with several national musician artists such as Judika (Indonesian Idol), Be3 (AB Three), etc. As an active music educator, he has teaching experience in several renowned musical institutions in Indonesia such as Mainstream School of Arts, Jakarta Drums School (JDS), Institut Musik Indonesia (IMI) and Purwacaraka Music Studio. Currently active as Coordinator of Contemporary Drums and also Deputy Department of Music, at UPH Conservatory of Music.

Indonesian-born pianist, Michelle Kartika Bahari, started her piano study eagerly since young age. Further study brought her to Universitas Pelita Harapan Conservatory of Music, where she did her undergraduate degree in Piano Performance as a full-tuition scholarship recipient. She received her Master of Music degree in piano performance at the Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University. In the following year, she also continued her study in Performance Diploma in order to deepen her study both in solo and collaborative performances.


During her study at Jacobs School of Music, she was awarded the Artistic Excellence Award as well as Graduate Associate Instructor Fellowship, which gave her opportunity to serve as a piano instructor in secondary piano program for undergraduate level. In 2014, Michelle had her orchestral debut performance with Indiana University Student Orchestra performing Beethoven Piano Concerto No.1. Besides that, she also actively involved in solo and collaborative performances such as piano duo as well as collaboration with other instrumentalists. 


Some of her other performance experiences and achievements include performing in solo and chamber recitals at Miami Piano Summer Festival in 2014, winner of Yamaha Music Scholarship Award in 2012, performing in Jakarta New Year Concert 2011 with Ananda Sukarlan, 2nd winner of Young Musician Challenge Award, and 1st winner of Yamaha National Piano Competition 2004. Besides performing, she also participated in several master classes with Manfred Aust, Evelyn Brancart, Giselle Brodsky, Paul Posnak, Tamas Ungar, Steven Spooner, Anna Kijanovska, Adam Gyorgy, Ling Yuan, and Masataka Goto. Her principal piano teachers include Reiko Shigeoka-Neriki (Jacobs School of Music), Dr. Johannes S. Nugroho (UPH), and So Kim Wie (Surabaya).

Amelia started her violin lesson at the age of 12 with Ferdinand Suganda, and further on with Mrs.Therese Wirakesuma and Dr. Sharon Eng. In 2007, Amelia won the 1st prize of Dr. Johannes Oentoro Violin Competition at Universitas Pelita Harapan, Indonesia.

Before her departure to Europe for further study, she was a member of many orchestras in Jakarta, and in 2008 she was chosen to play with The Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra. She obtained her Bachelor and Master degree in Classical Music Performance at The Royal Conservatory of Music in Ghent, Belgium; under the guidance of Alessandro Moccia, Mikhail Kugel, Mikhail Bezverkhny, and Liliya Umnova.

During her stay in Europe 2008-2014, she was a member of some orchestras in Belgium and France, such as Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra, Les Symphonistes Europèens, Koninklijk Lyrisch Toneel Kortrijk, Het Vlaams-Brabant Orchestra, Alden Biesen Zomeropera, and orchestra projects from Conservatorium Gent, Tilburg, and Maastricht with the conductors such as Dirk Brosse, Arjan Tien, and Michael Tabachnik.

She also had performed in festivals such as Crescendo Summer Institute (Hungary) and Oberstdorf Musiksommer (Germany), and had masterclasses with Tanja Becker-Bender, Uwe Steinmeitz, David Danel, Pavel Sedov and Shirly Laub; as well as for chamber music with Doric Quartet and Minguett Quartet.

In 2010-2015, she also taught violin at Jeugd en Muziek Brussel, Belgium. Since her return in 2014, Ms. Tionanda is an active member of Jakarta Sinfonietta, Jakarta Concert Orchestra, Jakarta Symfonia Orchestra, and Twilite Orchestra. She is also invited to give some violin masterclasses, orchestra workshops, and jury in violin competitions around Indonesia.

Ms. Tionanda is currently working at at The Music Conservatory of Pelita Harapan University as Head Lab of Music Ensemble, and at the Gloriamus Music School as Head of String Department and violin teacher.

Indonesian born pianist Delicia Mandy Nugroho graduated from Universitas Pelita Harapan Conservatory of Music in 2014 under the tutelage of Mr. Mamoru Yabuki with a concentration in Church Music. She finished her master’s degree in Piano Performance in May 2016 from Texas State University under the tutelage of Dr. Washington Garcia and Dr. Kyung-Ae Lee. Other than serving as the Graduate Teaching Assistant and Piano Instructional Assistant at Texas State University, she also held the position of the associate program director for the 7th Texas State International Piano Festival.

She has participated in summer festivals such as Interharmony International Music Festival in Italy, International Keyboard Institute and Festival in New York, and Texas State International Piano Festival, where she participated in lessons and masterclasses with many renowned pianists, such as Jerome Rose, Enrico Elisi, Marina Lomazov, Simone Pedroni, Victor Rosenbaum, Massimiliano Ferrati, Dmitry Rachmanov, Carol Leone, and Quynh Nguyen.

Mandy also enjoys working as a collaborative pianist and has worked with numerous type of chamber setting. She has performed and collaborated in Texas Camerata Concerts, NATS Vocal Competition, TMEA Convention, and UIL Texas State Solo-Ensemble Contest. During her graduate years, she had several chamber masterclasses with Margo Garret (Juilliard School of Music), the Claremont Trio, and Elizabeth Oaks (University of Iowa).

Currently, Mandy is serving as the Head Lab of Music in Education and coordinator of Music Ministry in Universitas Pelita Harapan. She is also active as the pianist for Sentosa Choir, as well as a music mentor in GKI Kayu Putih.

He graduated from UPH Conservatory of Music majoring in Percussion Performance and achieving his Master Degree in Arts and Cultural Management at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain. He has been working as the head of concentration in Performing Arts Production and Management at UPH Conservatory of Music since 2007. As a musician he has been performing with some renowned Orchestra and Music Director in Indonesia such as Erwin Gutawa Orchestra, Twilite Orchestra, and Aminoto Kosin Orchestra. As a Session Musician he has worked in various musical contexts, ranging from classical symphony orchestras, recording studio work, plays for theatre, musicals, TV shows, performed at music festivals, and toured with artists. He also has a career as a Music Producer, Show Director, and Stage Manager at different Projects. Currently he is teaching Arts Management Courses at UPH Conservatory of Music and also involving in some Performing Arts Project in Jakarta.
